With plenty of binding options you can choose between traditional Saddle Stitched brochures to Perfect Binding and Wire Binding too.

Binding Types

Saddle Stitched

Saddle Stitched: ideal for multi-page Brochures; Newsletters and Catalogues. Bound with two wire staples (stitches) in the spine.

Wire Binding

Wire Binding: perfect for Manuals; Parts Catalogues and Recipe Books because the user can open and lay the document flat at the appropriate page.

Useful, too, where a document needs to be accesses repeatedly because of the more durable binding.

Perfect Binding

Perfect Binding: an alternative method of binding when the number of pages becomes too great to Saddle Stitch.

Provides a very professional finish for Prospectuses, Brochures, Booklets and Directories.

Paper and Card

All three binding types offer tremendous flexibility in that both coated (silk) and uncoated
(plain) papers and cards can be used.

Design Tips:

Supplying your own Artwork?
If you want to send in a Print Ready PDF here's some top tips for trouble free printing:
  • Colours: save all colours as CMYK unless a spot/pantone colour is also specified. Colours left as RGB will be automatically converted to CMYK which will appear differently in print to what you see on screen.
  • Solids: large areas of solids are hard to maintain consistently if covering a large area of the page. If your brochures are going to be digitally printed we recommend using a discreet pattern within the coloured area which helps to mask stripes or bands produced by the press.
  • Images: all logos / images should be a minimum of 300dpi - lower resolutions can appear pixelated (blurred).
  • Fonts: please embed all fonts or, covert all fonts to outline.
  • Bleed: please ensure you have included 3mm bleed all round.
