So, you don’t need to be called Sherlock to imagine the reaction to the news that a room at the International Dispute Resolution Centre in London is likely to set you back £4,845 per day.

The IDRC just happens to be the venue for football’s “trial of the century” where Manchester City is fighting 155 charges of breaching the Premier League’s financial rules.

If they were looking to save a bob or two, our village hall is available for £120 per day.

But I guess the sleek silks involved expect the best and close proximity to the Capital’s best wine bars and restaurants is non-negotiable.

Considering the bells and whistles offered by one of the Capital’s top office spaces a 40 times hike maybe isn’t such a bad deal after all.

But it’s not about comparing products or services by price multipliers alone, and it never should be.

What is should do, though, is make us think about OUR premium offers.

Wisely positioned they can be highly profitable revenue earners – maybe more than you think.
