Don’t tell me it’s gone up again!

Paper merchants have been overdosing on blue smarties of late – or so it seems.

Barely a week goes by without some hyperactive shroud-waving spokesperson announcing another double-digit increase in paper prices.

And with fuel, timber, and just about anything you can think of ramping up in price, I do wonder what is really going on behind the scenes.

But let me put your mind at rest.

This isn’t another hand-wringing corporate missive with umpteen apologies followed by the dreaded “but we have no option to” … etc, etc.

Far from it.

Because this marketplace mayhem offers us a great opportunity.

We’re ALL guilty of using promotional material which has gone just a little too far past its sell-by date.

So, it’s about time we took it out, gave it a good dust off and conducted a thorough health check to make sure it’s earning its keep.

I mean, what’s the point of sending stuff out with as much life in it as poor old Squirrel Nutkin who hasn’t read the Green Cross Code?

Nope, now’s a great time for a revamp to make sure every penny of you spend on print is doing the job it was designed to do.
